Return & Refund Policy – Royster India

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange approval.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.

❌ No returns/refunds for:

  • Size issues

  • Color variation due to lighting/screen

  • Change of mind after purchase

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchange available only for damaged or wrong items, subject to stock availability.

Cancellations

  • Order cancellation allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
